Good service but limited selection but not bad for an airport bar. They could use some more comfortable furniture but they are probably focused on through put. That said if you are a traveler that likes to get to the airport early you would enjoy a more welcoming and comfortable environment while you wait.

Omaha airport is small, but at least they try a bit to provide some food. I appreciate they take all the places they have outside security and sell some of that food inside at this place.
One thing they are lacking is the workforce. Maybe they were just short someone that day, but there was only one person working scooters coffee area. So naturally the line was long. I decided to wait it out. With about five people in front of me, it took at least ten minutes to get my drink. I watched the one person working there and she was working hard! So anyone with some pull at this airport, make sure there are at least two people working on busy hours! That is way too much work for one person and you could get way more business.
I went with a peanut butter power smoothie. Quite tasty and perfect way to get me through my dinner hour flight.
The rest of this place has another counter that serves pre-made food. Pizza, sandwiches, some cheese/fruit boxes - which I considered getting. Prices seemed reasonable too, especially for an airport. -

Rip off.
Asked if I could have my iced coffee blended, and was charged twice as much the regular price of hot or iced coffee. The woman working didn't care to tell me that blending anything makes it over $6 until AFTER she swiped my card and handed me my receipt.
I thought North Hangar lets you have it 'any way you want it!' This place sucks. -

I fly in/out of OMA a few times a year. By the time I leave OMA and head for home, I like to get a drink or two before I board the plane I always would stop here simply because it was the only bar. Never had an issue with it until this weekend. Heading back to Chicago I stopped and got my usual couple glasses of wine ( I like to be at the airport early). When my bill came it was $32 for two glasses of wine! Seriously? This is Omaha, not the international terminal at ORD! How Eppley lets these people charge that much for a average wine is beyond me. I'm used to airport prices but this is beyond absurd. Just another reason to fly into LNK.
Bar staff is always friendly though, I think the same girl has worked there every time I have flown out of there in the last few years. They just need to ditch their wine vendor. -

While the south terminal at Eppley gets Kracky McGhee's, the north side gets the aptly named North Hanger. Basically it's your only option past security for a hot meal, coffee and/or adult beverage.
It's not worth going here if it's crowded. But if there's a lull in the traffic and your flight wait time, pull up a chair, grab a drink and chow down on your mini pizza from Godfathers (part of the North Hanger "complex"). That'll probably cost your $20, but what can you do?
